IN WARRANTY
If your TV or other media devices are under the manufacturer warranty, we are able to help. We are currently an authorized service center for Samsung, Sharp, Toshiba, Mitsubishi and Funai, and we also honor extended warranty plans provided by NEW, Warrantech, Asurion and Service Power. In addition we can provide estimates for insurance claims or Credit card protection plans.
Since most TV's today are wall mounted is important to check with the manufacturer if they cover the TV mount uninstall. While most extended warranty programs do, some manufacturers do not cover that service and therefore charges may apply.
OUT OF WARRANTY
If your TV or other media devices are out of warranty we can help you to figure out the cost of the repair. We will send a technician to wherever the non functional unit is located, and perform diagnostics test. In some cases the unit may have to be brought to our shop for further inspection. In either case you can count on our knowledge, experience, and man power to provide you with the best and most efficient solution. When it comes to devices out of warranty, we work on any brand for example: Pioneer, Sony, LG, Vizio, Panasonic and more. Our drop off diagnosis fee starts at $45.
